This appears to be conversant with the strategy of themusic and film industries-- they avoid actually prosecuting someone if at allpossible. They want to make a symbol of Gonzalez without actually provinganything in court. They want the PR value of a pirate admitting publicly thathe was wrong to steal music. Are we all scared now?
